The home originally had carpet installed throughout the affected living areas and on the staircase. The project involved removing the existing carpet and preparing the floors and stairs for installation of STAINMASTER waterproof lock-and-key vinyl plank flooring.
The project began after deteriorated floor and framing conditions were uncovered in the kitchen. The affected area required structural correction before the larger renovation could continue, including evaluation of the compromised framing and the wall and floor conditions it was supporting.
The existing fence had deteriorated sections that no longer provided the appearance, privacy, or stability expected from the enclosure. BeGS evaluated the existing conditions and prepared the area for removal and reconstruction while working around the existing brick features that were to remain.
