Custom Privacy Fence Reconstruction — Wichita, Kansas
Replacement of a deteriorated residential fence with a custom wood privacy fence integrated with existing brick features, including new fence sections, posts, gate, and finish detailing.
Residential Flooring Installation — Wichita, Kansas
Installation of new flooring across multiple living areas, including surface preparation, layout, cutting, fitting, transitions, and finish installation.
Residential Structural & Interior Improvements
BeGS also handles residential projects that involve structural correction, rehabilitation, and problem-solving within existing homes. These projects often require careful evaluation of existing conditions, selective removal, framing repair, and practical field adjustments before finish work can continue.
Kitchen Structural Rehabilitation — Wichita, Kansas:
BeGS completed structural rehabilitation work within an older residential kitchen after deteriorated floor and framing conditions were uncovered. The work included removal of compromised components, correction and reinforcement of the floor framing, replacement of affected joists, and elevation adjustment to restore the affected wall and floor system.
The larger kitchen renovation remains in progress, but the structural work established a more stable foundation for the remaining improvements.
Commercial & Institutional Projects
BeGS has completed interior improvement and restoration work in larger occupied facilities, with attention to surface preparation, protection of existing spaces, finish quality, and coordination around active environments.
Institutional Interior Painting & Surface Restoration:
BeGS completed interior wall repair, surface preparation, and repainting within a nursing facility, including damaged-wall restoration, patching, protection of occupied areas, and finish painting across larger common spaces and circulation areas.
