Institutional Interior Painting & Surface Restoration — Before, During & After

Before the Restoration

The project began with damaged and worn interior wall surfaces that required repair and preparation before repainting. BeGS evaluated the affected areas, protected the surrounding occupied spaces, and prepared the walls for restoration and finish painting.

During the Restoration

BeGS repaired damaged wall areas, completed patching and surface preparation, protected furniture and surrounding occupied spaces, and prepared the interior surfaces for repainting.

The work was completed in stages to maintain clean working conditions while restoring the walls and preparing the larger common and circulation areas for their new finish.

Completed Interior Restoration

The completed work restored the damaged wall surfaces and gave the facility a cleaner, more uniform interior appearance. Repaired areas were blended into the surrounding walls, and the finished paintwork improved the overall condition of the common and circulation spaces.

The project demonstrates BeGS’s ability to perform interior repair and finish work in an occupied institutional environment while protecting surrounding areas and maintaining an orderly work process.
